M31 GPS Guided Rockets Live Fire with Pinpoint Accuracy


U.S. Marines fire the M31 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) at Emerson Lake aboard the Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California. GMLRS has a range of 70 kilometers. The system incorporates a Global Positioning System (GPS)-aided inertial guidance package integrated on the rocket body.
